[Anmod] Hogwarts Legacy is the
best-selling game on Steam even before release, The Last of Us series gets top ratings from critics and a

Best-selling game on Steam even before release In February, Hogwarts Legacy will finally be
released for PC and the current generation of consoles.

But the title is already climbing the Steam sales charts
.
The open-world role-playing game in the Harry Potter universe is ranked 5th in the global top seller list – it is important to note
that this list is not based on units sold but on revenue. And higher up the list
are free-to-play games that generate revenue from microtransactions, such as
CS:Go, Dota 2, and Apex Legends, as well as Valve's Steam Deck console. This means that Hogwarts Legacy is currently
the top-selling full-price title on Steam just by pre-sales , ahead of Modern Warfare
2 at number 8 on the list and FIFA 23 at number 10.
Avalanche Studios' role-playing game has seen plenty of new gameplay in recent months to see. Release date is February 10th for PC and current-gen,
while the PS4 and Xbox One versions were recently pushed back to April 4th and the Switch version
to July 25th. [The Last of Us]
HBO Series is a Critics' Favorite The Last of Us series is upon us,
and this Sunday the first episode will air on American network HBO.

However, some critics were allowed to preview the series
and recently there have been numerous reviews on RottenTomatoes
. The series manages to get a
whopping 97% critic rating there, based on 60 current ratings. That's a pretty impressive figure. Critics hailed the series as "preserving the
most important aspects of the beloved source material while delving even deeper into the
story". The Last of Us is one of the “best
video game adaptations of all time”. High praise and the expectations are correspondingly
high. Our in-house editors have
already looked at the series. For example, GameStar editor Natalie
Schermann writes that comparing games and series can be a lot of fun. And MeinMMO Editor-in-Chief Leya Jankowski
notes that the low interactivity of in-game gameplay mechanics, which has been a
point of criticism for some players, is now becoming the series' greatest strength, as the
creators can finely control how much time we spend with emotional
can spend side shows. In Germany, the first episode of The
Last of Us will then be available on Monday morning on the Sky streaming service WOW and will then be released with
one episode per week.

New Console Bundle Emerged New PS5 console bundles have emerged
, although Sony has yet to make an official announcement. The items from the Australian shop EB
Games have since disappeared, but the Twitter user Zuby_Tech captured them with
screenshots. The new bundles are the
Disc and Digital Editions, each with a second DualSense controller. Last week, Sony announced that it had sold over
30 million PS5 consoles since launch. President Jim Ryan also spoke at
the company's CES showcase of significantly increasing availability. The times when players have to wait months for
a PS5 should therefore soon be over. The PSVR2 headset will also be released on February 22, 2023
. At a price of 599 euros, the package
includes the VR headset, the two PSVR2 Sense controllers and stereo headphones. [Maverick Games]
Ex-Forza Devs Form New Studio Some key developers from the
Playground Games team responsible for the Forza Horizon series have left the
company to form a new development studio called Maverick Games. The new studio, based in Leamington Spa, UK, will be led
